Consider your 25 friends who can lend you $40 each for 3-6 month..
Then goto fiverr, upwork and find developer from, Pakistan, Sri lanka or africa who will build your project for 1/4 the amount which a usa, Canada or European developer will build for 4 times costly...
Before buying any paid APIs, scripts or gateways consider using free and open source things which you can find from here free-for.dev..
Todays, awareness is more needed then fundings for your startups...
